Why are there Logos on the picture example?
This is to prevent people from taking the templates without our knowledge. The file (files) you download will be on an all white background and our logos or other obstructions running through the design will be removed.
How Will I Receive My Template?
Two Ways: Once you purchase (or download free) you’ll see a thank you message and a link under “products” that contains your file or files. In addition, you’ll eventually receive a confirmation email with a link to download as well. Simply click the link and save the file to your computer or whichever device you prefer.
The thank you screen links are instantaneous, while the email could take up to an hour.
Please note: The links will expire after 24 hours. This ensures our website doesn’t experience downtime due to large amounts of people downloading files at the same time. So you MUST save the files to your computer, portable drive, google drive or wherever you want to have permanent, forever access.
