A link to download your purchase file will be attached to your paypal payment receipt. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE OUT OF YOUR PAYPAL RECEIPT TOO QUICKLY. Also, as a backup delivery, a link to download the files will also be emailed to you. So you MUST enter your email address accurately on our checkout page.
What if I have Problems Downloading?
It happens. The most common reason for a broken download link is when you close out of paypal too quickly. During the checkout process, paypal is communicating with our website and building your download link. So, if you close out of paypal. your link cannot be built. If this happens to you, we will confirm your purchase with paypal and we will resend the links. Simply use our contact form below to tell us and we will verify your purchase as soon as possible. (we are on eastern time).
