When and How we Ship

We support the United States Postal Service and that’s how most of our orders will be shipped. Please make sure your address accepts deliveries from the USPS.

We ship as soon as possible but no later than what is outlined in this table. This table is worst case scenario (excluding holidays).

Return Policy

Sorry for any inconvenience, but we are not accepting returns during Coronavirus. Please do not place an order unless you agree to no returns. However, in light of our new “no return” policy, we have set up the ability to receive samples on many of our products.

This allows you to try our products with very little cost so you can know for certain if you will be pleased with a bulk order. We hope this helps!

Failed Deliveries

The No Return Policy does not included failed deliveries. It’s a rare occurrence, but if your order is lost in transit, we will not leave you hanging. Our shipments are insured against loss. Both parties agree to supply the shipping company with requested information in order to facilitate a speedy reimbursement.

Sales Tax

We are a legit company and that means we collect sales tax where we live. Then, we turn it over to the state. Fellow New Yorkers, this means you. Want to avoid paying NY sales tax? Fuhgeddaboudit! Unless you have a resale certificate, then we can talk.
