How Do I Access the Seamless Tumbler Design Download?
Method 1: Once your Paypal payment completes, You’ll receive a receipt from paypal. DO NOT CLOSE OUT OF THE RECEIPT. A link to your files should be at the bottom of your receipt. Click that link and download your files to your own computer immediately.
Method 2: For added assurance, the download link will be sent to the email you enter on our checkout screen. Check your email and all your junk/spam folders especially if this is your first time ordering from us.
How Do I Keep These Purchases Forever?
After purchase, each digital download file must be saved to your computer immediately. We do not store your purchases for you, so you must save them to your computer.
Once you save the file to your computer, you will have them on your computer forever. They can then be uploaded to your own design workspace.
What Exactly Will I Receive?
You’ll receive a link that contains 1 Zip File Folder. That folder contains 2 files as follows:
- 1 Set of Instructions via PDF
- 1 PNG. File Template (or however many are included)
What’s in the PDF Instructions?
- The PDF is 9 Pages as follows:
- Page 1 – Cover Page for Seamless Design Series
- Page 2 – Quick Design Instructions
- Page 3 – Cutting Your Print Instructions
- Page 4 – Paper to Tumbler Instructions
- Page 5-9 – More Detailed Instructions for Beginners
What If I Have Technical Difficulty?
It happens! First, make sure you don’t close out of your Paypal receipt too quickly. Second, as a backup, you will be sent your purchase link to the email you entered into our checkout screen. So don’t use a fake email.
If you still cannot find your files, use the form below to reach out to us. Our team can verify your purchase through Paypal and we can resend if we see that you paid for the files and didn’t download them. It’s that simple!
